My life has been turned around. In the space of 2 years I have gone from eating what I considered to be fairly healthy (with an occasional take-out pizza or deli ice cream) to a clean living life: pretty much sugar-free, dairy-free, with organic produce, sprouted grains, and most recently, naturally yeasted bread.
This is my story, my passions, my addiction to researching healthier alternatives to food and everyday use products. This is my Clean Living Kitchen.
It’s not easy to live in a pesticide-ridden world, where everyday you are ingesting unknown substances, or absorbing those substances through your skin. The makeup you use, your lotion, even your handsoap! My goal is to eliminate what I can and make the best choices for my little family.
