Paleo Chocolate Almond Bark

  • 1 cup cocoa butter wafers
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup chopped almonds (optional)
  1. Line a 9x9 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt cocoa butter wafers in a double boiler.
  3. Whisk in maple syrup and cocoa powder.
  4. Pour chocolate into lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
