Measure water into a medium pot and turn on stove top heat to medium high
Pour peas and cashews into water and then add asparagus.
Bring to a boil and let cook for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Remove from stove top and ladle hot liquids into a Blendtec blender. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until completely smooth. (You may consider straining this if you cannot get the mixture smooth enough as asparagus has a very stringy quality.)
Return soup to pot and place on stove top for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove from stove and allow to cool before serving.Enjoy!
